1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Ztill, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Ztill is a private wellness journaling tool for general self-reflection and everyday wellbeing. Features may include guided check-ins, generated reflections, history, optional reminders, and subscription features such as weekly pattern insights.

Ztill is not medical care, therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency support. It does not contact emergency services for you and does not monitor messages in real time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users or the service.

4. Subscriptions (Ztill Plus)

Optional paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. A 7-day free trial may be available. After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, subject to store rules. Prices shown in marketing (for example HK$48 monthly / HK$328 annual) are indicative; the store displays the binding price and terms at purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Restore purchases using the in-app restore control where available.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Ztill only for lawful personal journaling and reflection
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the service
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law
• Do not use Ztill to seek emergency intervention or clinical care

6. Wellness & emergency disclaimer

Reflections and insights support general wellbeing only. They are not medical advice and should not be relied on for health decisions. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger in Hong Kong, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ztill and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or wellbeing outcomes arising from use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date and, where appropriate, in-app notice or renewed consent. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
